Nicely balanced (read: not sweet) mulled wine. Based on aged apple wine that we mixed with an infusion of traditional Christmas spices and blackcurrant juice. 

Unlike regular aromatised wines, we did not use any artificial additives to adjust aroma, taste, colour, etc. Low sugar (<5g/100ml) and alcohol content compared to traditional mulled wines make it kind of pointless - hence the name.
